Book Genre: Realistic Fiction Summary: Ever sense Carson Fender nearly saved the world, he thought his days as a secret Agent Zero were over. But one day, he receives a note in his lunch saying that Agent Nineteen only has 72 hours to live. Soon he found out that Agent Nineteen has caught a very deadly virus that was not meant to be released, and the only cure is inside Mount Rushmore. And to get to Mount Rushmore, he has to convince Principal Gomez to let him go on the yearly school trip to Mount Rushmore...Well, it looks like it's just another ordinary day for Carson Fender. Personal Review: I loved this book! I absolutely adored the first book, so of course I fell in love with this one. Carson was just as sarcastic as ever, and every chapter left a feeling of suspense that just makes you not want to quit reading. It was a real page-turner and cliff-hanger (literally). Recommendation: I recommend this book for people who loved the first book, who like realistic fiction, who like books with action and suspence, and who have read books by this author before and want to try this series out. Book Genre: Fantasy Summary: There was once a hobbit named Bilbo Baggins who never did any sort of adventure. In fact, he lived a very soft life, with plenty of food (he ate at least two breakfasts and two dinners a day, plus there was lunch and teatime in between), a very large, spacious, and tidy home, and nice clothes. But that all changed one day when a famous wizard named Gandalf and thirteen dwarves come along in search of a fourteenth companion. So Bilbo is whisked away on an adventure to reclaim stolen dwarven treasure from Smaug, a terrible dragon. Will the dragon be defeated? With a magical ring, a wizard, and thirteen dwarves, anything is possible! Personal Review: Now before anyone goes and reads this book, let me warn you: this author uses words, phrases, and transitions that may not make sense. For example, "oh" might come out as "o", or they might use older words. Anyone who feels like they are up for the challenge, go for it! Recommendation: I recommend this book for people who would like to try a classic, who like fantasy, and who wants to challenge their brain with bigger, more confusing words and older language.
